We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

US shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no code. International rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Every shirt is printed after you order it, so there are two stages.
Production takes 2–7 business days. Shipping adds 3–5 business days in the US, and typically 7–20 business days internationally depending on destination and customs.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Prices at checkout cover the shirt and shipping only. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These are collected by the carrier on delivery, not by us, and we have no way to calculate or refund them.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order ships. International tracking can go quiet for stretches while a package moves between carriers — that's normal. If the tracking email hasn't arrived after 7 business days, contact us.
Wrong address
We can only change an address before production starts, so contact us immediately if you catch a mistake. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship at your cost.
Refund Policy
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to send the original back.
Sizing and change of mind
Because every shirt is printed for your order specifically, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page first. Our shirts are an oversized, relaxed fit, so measurements matter more than the size you usually wear.
If something doesn't fit, contact us anyway. We'd rather hear from you than have you stuck with a shirt you won't wear.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 30 days.
For international orders, please allow 30 business days from shipping before we treat a package as lost. Slow customs clearance is common and most delayed packages do arrive.
Refused or unclaimed international packages
If a package is refused at customs or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we can refund the cost of the shirt but not the original shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production starts, usually within a few hours. Once printing begins we can't cancel.
